Tissue clearing/ Immunolabeling

Since CLARITY was selected as one of Science's Top 10 Breakthroughs in 2013, more and more tissue clearing methods have been emerging. "Solvent-based clearing", "aqueous-based clearing" and " hydrogel-based method” form " the three pillars" of the field. In general, the solvent-based methods achieve good transparency and high efficiency, but organic solvents tend to quench and weaken the fluorescence signals; the aqueous-based methods are more friendly to fluorescent protein but with limited clearing efficiency; as to hydrogel-based methods, which better preserve tissue architecture and fluorescence, but require auxiliary equipments, costly matched commercial reagents and trained operators.

Based on abundant testing and comparison among various tissue clearing methods in the course of technical services, Nuohai has accumulated valuable experience and developed different kinds of tissue clearing solutions, which are expected to meet different research needs for scientific researchers. 



Nuohai Tissue Clearing Kit

Nuohai Tissue Clearing Kit NH210701, research and developed  by a highly skilled and experienced team, which optimized formula enables high-efficiency delipidation and decolorization that penetrates the cell without damaging tissues nor protein structures; under the hydrophilic and mild environment created by Nuohai Tissue Clearing Kit, an excellent performance is guaranteed in tissue fluorescence protection.



Tiling light sheet 3D imaging

Nuohai LS18 tiling light sheet microscope is a versatile tilling light sheet microscope with semi-automatic calibration capability. It can quickly tile multiple small and thin light sheets (up to 1μm) for illumination under the same field of view (FOV) which stands for higher spatial resolution under same condition. Nuohai LS18 tiling light sheet microscope is suitable for multichannel rapid 3D imaging of tissue samples transparentized by all types of tissue clearing methods, which can reach 1μm horizontally and 3 μm vertically imaging spatial resolution as needed.



Image processing and analysis

3D Whole Brain Mapping And Target Region  Analysis

With the development of imaging technology , neuroscience researchers are able to image the whole brain with desired spatial resolution, from micrometer even to nanometer, which provide the opportunity for scientists to study the connection and projection of various types of neurons in different brain regions. Nuohai Life Science provides systematic brain 3D imaging data analysis service platform ---- visualization of the 3D brain, mouse brain Atlas alignment,  segmentation and cell counting of interested target brain regions according to mouse Brain Atlas.


3D vasculature reconstruction and analysis

As vasculature is a very important hallmark in various disease and studies. The excellent 3D topological vision of  brain vascular architecture collected with our Tiling-Lightsheet microscope could facilitate further understanding of the whole brain-wide vascular networks crossing distinct brain regions.
