Imaging Case:

After removing the surface hair, the skin of adult mice was first cleared by skin clearing kit, and then co-labeled by Vimentin(green), CD34 (yellow), Cytokeratin-15 (magenta) and DAPI (blue). Imaging by Nuohai LS18 tiling lightsheet microscope.In the imaging process, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 637nm lasers were used as excitation light sources, and 0.6NA detection optics and 5× zoom were used to detect fluorescence signals to achieve three-dimensional visualization of the mouse skin.
