Theproduct immobilizes biomacromolecules to a hydro-gel. Tissue expansion isfurther achieved through isotropic expansion of the hydro-gel in water, whichimproves imaging resolution with the same imaging method.


Productfeatures:

1.The product can be used forexpansion of both intact and sectioned tissues.

2. The expanded tissues aresuitable for imaging with common microscopes, such as light sheet microscopeand confocal microscope, etc..

3.The product has a high tissue expansion efficiency. For instance, the expansionof a whole adult mouse brain only takes 9-10 days.

4. Theproduct can be used to expand tissueswith and without endogenous fluorophores. Genetically encoded fluorophorescan be preserved with high efficiency after expansion. Fluorescent staining canbeapplied before delipidation, after delipidation, or after expansion followingthe instruction.

5.The expanded tissue has a high mechanical strength and preserve the cellularand subcellular structures effectively.

6. Theexpansion ratiocan be adjusted between 3 and 4 following the instruction.

7.The productuses low toxicity chemicals for tissue expansion.
